Enjoy, dude, I swear by these things. Best chicken ever, never mind fries, onion rings, shrimp, blah blah blah.

My 'lesson', if you even want to call it that? Chicken, seafood, etc? Always 'quick thaw' first. Don't cook from frozen, even though folks say you can. Two minutes extra in an air frier can be the equivalent of 15 minutes 'oven time' on say? Wings, etc. As compared to frozen.

If one 'likes' the 'corn fried' taste? You can sprinkle it with "Pam", etc. Coat it very thin filmed with oil. Pre made burritos, etc, really work well like this. EXTRA CRISPY!
