HaveYourselfaMerryLittleAckbar , ol’ buddy, ol’ pal, I know you don’t like plain white lights, but your phrasing of it gave me an idea for a lyric. You’ve inspired the Christmas song I’ve long wanted to write because I get so bored with the same Christmas songs coming on!

plain white lights in a green-branch sea,
plain white lights that I’m dreaming of…

Cold winter nights while the church bells ring,

cold winter nights, on a robin’s wing,
cold winter nights, with the moon aglow…

For home is what I remember,
just turkey, pumpkin pie,
a fire blazing, the ember,
outside, unforgiving December
cold, unforgiving December…

Plain sparkling lights on a Christmas tree,
plain sparkling lights that I see from afar,
plain sparkling lights like a bright marquee,
plain white lights, bright shining star!
