Nope. The article explicitly speculates that it's the year's best CBM in general in it's first paragraph. You incorrectly reduced the text and summer's post to "The article says: "Aquaman is the best DC movie since TDK."

And then based on that misconception you adhommed: "Summers8 is unable to help himself from bringing the MCU into the discussion. This guy's bitterness is messing with his comprehension skills."

Summers had a point based on the article's claims (correct or wrong). You hadn't.

summers8 specifically says "best since TDK". Do you know how many years have passed since TDK came out? 10 years. So obviously the statement "this year's best CBM" is not what he was referring to.
