There's a big difference between pointing out that the Avengers don't have LGBTQ characters and claiming that they're homophobic.
Besides, how do you guys know all the Avengers are straight? The shows don't generally showcase romantic/sexual interests for majority of the characters. We have no idea about the sexual orientation of characters like Bucky, Falcon, Loki, Valkyrie, Mantis, Nebula, Fury, Warmachine, Shuri, M'Baku, Hill, etc.
