Just looking at the current decade one movie immediately comes to mind for the topic because I generally don't re-watch movies as much as I did the following movie in such a short period of time...
-Drive (2011) as that's basically my most re-watched movie that's been released in the current decade as I have seen it seven times... four times between opening day (Sep 16th 2011) in the theaters and Jan 13th 2012. then Sep 16th 2013/2014/2015 which makes for seven viewings. but with that said... it's 9/10+ status only remained til my 5th viewing which dropped back to a 7.5-8/10 and then a bit further on my 7th viewing to it's current 7/10. I plan on re-watching it soon enough which will probably be before this year is finished or no later than sometime next year. I don't think it will drop off any further but we shall see as it's already been over 3 years since my last re-watch of it as I figured I would let it rest a while before another viewing and now it's time to re-watch it again fairly soon. NOTE: for measure... currently there are 21 movies total I gave a 9/10 or higher.
also, Drive (2011) was my #1 movie of the decade at one point in the past but that currently goes to one of the following... Skyfall (2012)/Source Code (2011)/The American (2010) and I can say this about each of those... Skyfall is my #1 James Bond movie, Source Code is my #1 time-travel type of movie, The American is my #1 hitman type of movie (The American is underrated).
NOTE: as far as Drive... normally, even if I like a movie quite a bit, after my initial viewing I might see it again soon not all that long after (say within 6 months or something like that) but after my 2nd viewing then things usually shift to that once a year tops if not once every 3-ish years. because as general rule for me for a while now is this... ALL movies I score a 7/10 or higher, which is currently 188 movies, will see at least one re-watch at least once every 3 years or so (although I am sure I am slipping up a little lately as I am sure there are some movies I scored a 7 or higher that I have not seen since 2014 which puts it around 4 years, give or take, and counting).
but anyways... just to throw out another thing, I remember being pretty into The Matrix movies, primarily the first two, back in the early-to-mid 2000's etc.
p.s. Thumbs Up to the OP for mentioning the underrated Open Range (2003) (10/10) which is within my Top 8 movies straight up. it's THE lowest rated movie on IMDb I gave a 10/10 as it's got a 7.5/10 average on IMDb. May 24th 2016 is my most recent re-watch of Open Range (2003).
