Isn't this the film where there was a tricked out DeLorean car? I recently watched an episode of Pawn Stars where an enterprising young man had produced a customized DeLorean to appear like it was the vehicle from "Back To The Future".
He wanted $100K for it and the Pawn Stars laughed him out of the shop.
I never saw this film for probably lack of interest.
