Is Rivers an elite QB

When I think "Elite" I think top 5 QB...Im sorry, Rivers imo has never been a top 5er.

Ive seen them all taken ahead of Rivers.

Am I saying he is chopped liver, no, but elite...errr......

Lets be real....I hate to go here but imo I have too. You got a fantasy football team, I know some of you do, how many of you start Rivers?
