A movie can be epic in scale and otherwise not particularly satisfying. Those are definitely non sequitur. Having said that, the reviews show Aquaman looks promising regardless

Thanks for telling me dude. When I said epic I did not mean so much a long narrative poem, but the more colloquial Aquabro use of term as in great, awesome, impressive. Epic fail bro.
