East Harlem is pretty big, but on Halloween, the dangerous people were the ones you knew.

Kind of a very scaled down version of The Purge.

And ther were plenty of places in East Harlem where I wouldn't go in the daytime.

It's like that now. It was like that 30 years ago. At any time of the day, on any day of the year.
