The Evil That Men Do 1984 I must admit isn't one of "kalle" Bronson's better 80's movie even if it is very typical of that period. J. Lee Thompson once directed movies like An Ice Cold in Alex and The Guns of Navarone, was doing thuds like this in the 1980s, destroying his director CV. José Ferrer, I guess he needed the money. I actually like a lot of J. Lee Thompson's films from the 1980s, including several he made with Bronson. And 'Happy Birthday To Me' (1981) is one of my favourite slashers. For some old school Thompson, I like 'Cape Fear' (1962) and 'Eye Of The Devil' (1966).
