Nah, don't agree. If you're regularly having your top title contested between two upper mids third match on the card, then it won't mean anything pretty quickly. And the state RAW is in, the Universal Title needs a marquee match like this a lot more than it needs geeks like Rollins or Balor trying to win it.

In fairness Rollins can posdibly still be salvaged. Way too late for Finn.
