I really need to get busy and watch these movies, they've been waiting in the wings for far too long. An oops! from me. I just realized that you tried THE AWFUL TRUTH and didn't warm to it. That happens, and in that case, I say forget it and move on. You might like MY FAVORITE WIFE with Grant instead. Or not. Another funny one with Melvyn Douglas is THEODORA GOES WILD. My philosophy these days is if it doesn't work, don't try to make it work. Life is too short. No no, I meant I've tried to see The Awful Truth but I never have. I rented it many years ago and something happened and I couldn't watch it and had to return it. I've just missed it countless times on TV. I think it's on a Roku channel but I'm not sure which one now. I really do want to see it, badly. |
