You mean 'Gods'. But if there is one all encompassing 'God' then I think that we're staring it in the face every moment we're awake or dreaming. Perhaps you should give me evidence that's not the case? It's like one cell not believing the body exists because 'I can't see it'... when in reality that's all it knows. To be fair that is very much the God of the gaps, and I can completely understand the atheist view that this is simply an argument from incredulity. I think it is more reasonable to point out that you already believe and since you believe then you see evidence in Gods wonderous creation, but that is hardly any kind of proof to a sceptic.
I was an atheist before, it was depressing. 'I'm a cosmic fluke, it's all meaningless'. -- Lame. Now I believe in ALL the Gods. It's fucking awesome.
