Just because they let him keep the trophy doesn't mean it was earned or legitimate. MLB let all the home run records in baseball stand despite the rampant steroids use. But that doesn't mean those records were earned or legitimate.

Everyone knows those home run records were achieved by using steroids. And everyone knows that Tom Brady is a cheater and fraud who won those championships by cheating.

MLB and NFL are who decide what is and isn’t legitimate, not us. It’s like flags in Football. If the ref throws a flag for offensive holding, he committed offensive holding. It doesn’t matter if it looks like he didn’t, it doesn’t matter what the rulebooo states is defined as holding, the ref is the one who decides. I’m no Pats fan, but the NFL decided Brady’s actions were legitimate.
