Marvel apparently approach Adam McKay...

I really like him as a writer/director and he would have brought some interesting smarts to the MCU that it is mostly lacking, but I don't want him distracted away from doing his adaptation of Bad Blood, the story of how Elizabeth Holmes conned so many people with her bogus blood test machine. That was going to be his next project and it needs to happen. (Fantastic, gripping book, by the way.)
