Particularly brutal was the scene at the very end. "People of Atlantis: Though this day started out with bloodshed, let it end with joy..." Terrible dialog by any measure, but her delivery (including the body language) took it to another level. It was like I was watching a high school production. Just awful. I honestly don't know how she keeps getting work. Her best acting was in Zombieland as the next door neighbor. “This is customs and border patrol. BUT IF YOU WANTED TO KNOW I have diplomatic immunity!” What are you talking about, that was her Oscar. |
