I know I'm biased, but it has to be Matt Nagy. The last 5 years, since 2013, the Bears went 8-8, 5-11, 6-10, 3-13, and 5-11 again. They have their first winning season since 2012, most wins since 2010, (and most since 2006 if they win the last game of the season), and clinched their first playoff berth since 2010. Andy Reid and Sean McVay have done good jobs, but the turnaround isn't anywhere near as impressive as the Bears.
Thoughts?
