I think it's clearly between the two suggested above and I'm okay with either of them winning it. I think Executive of the year goes to either the Bears GM or the Colts GM too.
The narrative is there for either Nagy or Reich to win. For Nagy the Bears have been bad for a long time and he's got an ultimately unproven QB and was in a division with (pre season) perceived powerhouses in Minnesota and Green Bay.
For Reich he walked into a job where he wasn't the original hire. Is coaching with a staff that Josh McDaniels hired and not himself. He had no guarantees that Andrew Luck would play football again.
However if I am voting, I'd vote for Nagy simply because he won his division and got double digit wins.
