It has been a stinker today in the great SE Q, but the humidity wasn't like it was a few days ago. I have been so thirsty though and am having one Indian Tonic Water with lime after the other. I am making a traditional lasagne but it will be meat free and virgin pina coladas tomorrow for lunch. I couldn't find any rum essence though in the cake section of Coles or Woolies, so not sure if they market it anymore.
