Hmmm. I'll go with Loki. He might be the more durable of the two. Aquaman was shot with a pistol was it? And it halted him for a moment? I can't remember but Loki was shot at with a machine gun and didn't pay any attention. Couldn't say who was stronger. Loki is also surely the more experienced in battle and has magic on his side. Aquaman is kind of brash so I could see Loki tricking him with an illusion and then catching him off guard. Aquaman tanked multiple gunshots from both pistols and assault rifles and he walked right through them. It should be noted though that he did try to shield himself from the gunshots whenever he could, which seems to imply that although they weren't injuring him, they probably were a bit uncomfortable. What did stop him was a grenade launcher. Didn't leave any injuries but it knocked him down for maybe a full ten count. On Loki's side, he did mow down a bunch a bunch of SHIELD agents with impunity while they were firing at him. The most reaction you got from him was a wince when he got shot in the face. An exploding arrow to the face knocked him off his glider for a good distance but he was able to get right back up without apparent injury. So yeah, Loki might have the slight edge in durability. It's hard to say who was stronger. Aquaman definitely had better strength feats, what with easily bending steel and throwing people around and stuff, but Loki was able to physically go toe to toe with Thor... so that's something. I do think Arthur is the better fighter, but Loki has more powers at his disposal.
