Why are you lying? That isn't what happened at all.

Even Edward Norton's people said they believe he was dropped because of financial reasons.

It was down to money. Clearly Norton wanted to be paid a certain amount. Marvel thought it must have been too much so they dropped and replaced him like they did with Rhodey.
