I hope it hits the Billion dollar amount, not because I'm a fan of the character or rooting for the film, but because how awesome would it be if the character that constantly gets shit on for decades has a movie that grosses a billion dollars world wide?
All the jokes about him being "Gay" or lame and the whole HURR DURR HE TALKS TO FISH! HURR HURR!!111 attitude that always plagued the playground growing up. All of that and his film ends up being a huge hit? That would be amazing to me.
