Talos has a specific line in the trailer to Bie Larson, “Do you want to know what you really are?” If she was just a brainwashed Earthling, why would he know or even care? What if she’s a brainwashed Skrull plant on Earth who replaces the dead Carol Danvers? Unlikely, but would give her special motivation for both sides of the Kree-Skrull war. More likely Skrulls are evil and she just finds out Kree are more evil. But then what does Talos’s line mean? Maybe he’s asking for help against the Kree.
