When will teams learn not to hire a coach from the Bill Belichick tree? Crennel - sucked. Weiss - sucked. McDaniels - sucked for putting his eggs in the Tebow basket and then for the bullshit in Indianapolis. Patricia - sucks. Vrabel seems like he could become a decent coach, but he was never an assistant under Belichick. Belichick is not a mentoring guy. Do your job. Don't ask why, and don't be concerned with anyone else's job. You're an OC or a DC, and that's it. He's not going to explain strategy in a way that the guy can take it elsewhere.
