Thing is, Hulk needs to share screentime with Banner. A lot of Hulk fans complain that Hulk doesn't get as much spotlight as the others but when you include Banner's screentime, he actually gets a good amount of focus.
Sure, and I'm all for a good balance. But I wanna see the Big Green Machine go medieval on Thanos's ass.
Honestly, I'd pay to see Ruffalo carry his own flick. (I know, there's some rights bullshit, blah blah blah, it can't happen, but...)
ETA: maybe Disney will buy another studio and solve the problem.
