Baseball would be an easy choice for me. He's more likely to make more money there unless he becomes a top level QB and I dont think he can do that. His height really hurts him. Sure Russ and Brees are short but not that short. If he fails in baseball he can always try and make a roster in the preseason but baseball should be the easy first choice imo. To my mind, the only advantage for the NFL is the fact that he will be in New York or Denver (hypothetical, teams that need a QB) instead of Beloit or Stockton.
He will have to make a decision well before the draft. If he's drafted in the 6th Round, or not at all, the decision is made. If he declares that he will play football, someone will waste a 1st or 2nd round pick on him.
