No, it isn't. If someone lives across from Wrigley Field and they go up to their roof and watch a Cubs game from the roof of their building, that's not stealing. There's no law that says they can't go up to their roof and look across the street. Just because there's a ballgame going on across the street in Wrigley Field and he can see the ballgame from his roof without paying for a ticket to the ballgame doesn't make it stealing. 1. Where did you allegedly watch it online legally and when?
2. If you streamed it, your computer created a temporary internet file so there was a copy.
He claimed in earlier posts that he hasn't paid to see a Marvel film since Iron Man 2 I think, but watches illegal copies online when they reach the theatres. There was a story he made up about putting his car in for repair and while he waited he went to see Spider-Man Homecoming - no doubt so he could justify why he was in a position to post his views on a film in a cinematic universe he hates so soon after release. He later let slip a little time later he watched it online. As for the Temporary Internet file situation...he should know, he claims to be a Software Engineer
