Yes, there are apartment buildings surrounding Wrigley Field. It's possible to watch a Cubs game from the roof of some of those apartment buildings.

There are umpires, grounds crew, ushers, food vendors, janitors, etc. plenty of workers at an MLB game.

Outside of the players & the umpires, someone on the roof isn't impacting the vendors, janitors, etc.
The film needed the grip, etc to be made. If you aren't in the park buying food & using the facilities, why should the grounds crew care?

I lived directly behind a drive in for a couple years. I could look out the kitchen window & see the film just fine, but it was pointless without sound & a waste of time.

Would you enjoy paying for a defective TV or paying for bad service at a restaurant? MCU movies are really awful so MCU is really the ones stealing the audience's money by making awful products.

If there is a film I want to see, but not in the theater, I wait for it to hit the movie channels.
I don't watch it online at a site I know has stolen versions of the film up.

I work hard for my money. I expect to be paid for my work. I put in a certain amount of unpaid overtime to get the job done because I am looking forward to retiring in a couple years at full pay so I'm getting it back. I know that.

I cannot justify stealing a movie just because I'm too cheap to pay for it. If it's not worth full price, go to the first show. I saw Aquaman in IMAX for $40 for 2 tickets on Christmas. I just got out of the morning showing with my sister I paid $15 for 2 tickets for the 2D regular version.

If I didnt want to pay that, wait for HBO. Or wait for it to hit FX (or FXX).

Just as Infinity war was because yeah, saw it twice.
