Hey Chief. I'm the last to point out misspellings, bad pronunciation and such as I'm a trainwreck at times; however in your post about the Top 5 position basketball players off all time you listed 'Julius Irving'.   Who the f*ck is this? Kyrie Irving's sidekick in Unlce Drew? An easy miscue yes - however for being a 'Sixers Fan' and most knowledgeable basketball pos(t)er on this board - this is rather embarrassing and like a Phillies fan misspelling Roy Halladay for Matt Holiday.

Ben Simmons is a generational talent. What the Sixers are missing is another 3&D Wing and a true PG in todays game (notice I said today's game - not 20 years ago) who is able to pop a pull up jumper at times.

This situation can easily be fixed with surrounding Simmons with more shooters (i.e. like they did with Beli and Ily last year) or a combo guard who can handle the ball at times and also shoot.

They have none of that currently constructed.

It can also be fixed with Simmons 'willing' to take a pull up jumper at times - which he refuses to do.   It would draw defense as opposed to teams sagging off him - especially late in the game when it comes down to crunch time and the game changes to a 'halfcourt game'.
