How significant will it be if BP is the first superhero movie to be nominated for Best Picture?

I think it will happen. we do need a laugh anyway and a sense of we told you so mcu fans.

the difference between wonder woman and black panther is wonder woman is DC so the push was still limited because we know critics and the media are bias against DC. also WB is not as powerful or has the same influence as disney has.

I think the media and biased critics wants this to happen. they want it to be an MCU movie to be the first so they are pushing black panther more than they ever did with wonder woman. they didnt even push logan and tdk this much at all.

wonder woman , yeah it was pushed a little but failed to get any golden globe, sag, national board review recognition. black panther actually did. and that shows how much power disney has.

as said, when it does happen.  mcu fans should admit there is a huge bias to them an we can move on to other things more credible.
