Winter Soldier for me.
In the pop cultural discussion, it's probably Black Panther or Infinity War. The former for its success and the latter...also for its success. Infinity War came out the gate pulling in Star Wars/Titanic money. Black Panther means a lot to people who enjoy it, which is great. People who I never guessed would be into superhero movies made the trek for Black Panther.
Black Panther, I would guess, is a favorite and most widely received MCU film for people who don't care about the MCU. That's not a criticism, it means it probably drew the largest numbers of the non comic book movie going crowd.
Although for me, I still like The Winter Soldier...I like Chris Evan's Captain America period. I like virtually all of them, minus the Hulk movie. Someone had it right on another thread about the X-Men movies: I'm forever forgetting the Edward Norton Hulk movie is part of the MCU no matter how many times I'm reminded.
