Yes, but, there were far more good Popes than there were corrupt ones. There's an awful lot of Popes. Is your assertion based on any kind of historical research? (Of course it would have to offer some guidelines for what constitutes "corrupt".) Or are you just assuming (and hoping) it's true? |
