Who makes the best superhero movies?

The question is “Who makes the best superhero movies”, plural. TDK is a singular ten year old movie. The evidence I presented indicates that it very well may be the best superhero movie, but as a whole, DC comes up short of the MCU. ...and S:TM barely registers in these top ten lists. 

And, of course, DC has been supplanted by the far inferior DCEU these days. The OP question was also present tense. 

Every movie in these lists is a home run. TDK put it out of the park, but it’s still just one point. The MCU clearly has the most home runs, and it isn’t even close.
