Chris Nolan is arguably the singular element that elevates DC to 2nd place. Without his input DC would fall to a very weak 3rd place behind everything Marvel.

DC fans would be reduced to reminiscing over a 40 year old movie that hasn’t aged very well. Almost as pathetic as Dallas Cowboy fans reminiscing about the last time they were in the Super Bowl.
