Disney/Marvel can't use DD, JJ, LC, IF, Punisher for 2 years after they were last on Netflix?

Yeah I heard about that a few weeks ago. I think it's a good thing, because they'll probably recast and go in a different direction with the characters. It'll make the transition to the next iteration easier for the audience to accept. Whoever steps into the Daredevil, Kingpin or Jessica Jones roles will have some serious shoes to fill.
