Indeed. Disney are too cowardly to use it so not to upset the plethora of small children at their showings. Finally a MCU fan admits the bleeding obvious! Any time the F-bomb is used in an Fox-Men movie, it comes off as forced and awkward as hell and that's because we all know why it's put there in the first place and it's not for artistic purposes. With Logan it's even more jarring, we have a Wolverine who's suddenly discovered how to curse like a sailor after 17 years. The only movies where it feels natural are the Deadpool films and if you're trying to equate maturity with cursing, you couldn't pick worse examples. And let's not forget, it took Fox 11 years to put the F-bomb in an X-Men film and it was played for laughs. Doesnt matter it took em 11 years (he called Cyclops a dick in X1). And you are missing the point entirely. The profanity fits within his character profile and Fox arent afraid to hide it. Together with his cigar smoking and violent claw slashing, even in PG13 movies, can you say with confidence Disney is gonna allow all of that? We already know the answer is no, because they have very strict guidelines which cater to certain audience members. Instead of dick, theyl be using lame substitutes like turds, zuchinnis and penis Parker jokes. They wont allow him to smoke. They will neuter his claw slashing too. But as long as he wears his bright yellow spandex right?
