Besides, TF Bumblebee is already gearing towards a new gen of kids, more than the Bay films which tried too hard to impress G1 fans.

Oddly... As a G1 fan... I wasn't all that impressed with the Bay films...

There were some good things about the films, but there were many bad things too...

The only thing I loved about Bay's films, was Bay's Decepticon "Barricade"... The Evil Police Car... Oh, how I wish that had been in the cartoon, back in the day! Such a cool concept.

As I said, I haven't seen "Bumblebee" yet... But, from what I hear, G1 fans are enjoying "Bumblebee" more than the other films.
