What Films did You Watch Last Week (31/12 - 06/01 CLOSED

-The Age of Adaline (2015) (Jan 5th 2019) - 6-6.5/10 (within my Top 236 movies. but ill have to see how it holds up on a re-watch. overall this was a bit of a surprise for me. I think I stumbled into this from your post of this not all that long ago.)

-Mission Impossible: Fallout (2018) (Dec 31st 2018) - 7/10 (my 2nd viewing and it held steady but something is missing from this one in comparison to the 1st/3rd/5th/4th movies which I gave a 7.5-8/10. I think it's probably partially the locations etc tend to be more interesting in those even though the helicopter scene is solid in MI6.)

-Braveheart (1995) (Jan 1st 2019) - 10/10 (it's 10/10 status remains as it's only one of eight movies that managed to pull it off)

-Annihilation (2018) (Jan 3rd 2019) - 6-6.5/10 (was a 6/10 on my initial viewing but went up a bit this time around which is my 2nd viewing. within my Top 236 movies.)

-Heat (1995) (Jan 4th 2019) - 6/10 (held steady since my previous viewing even though the one prior to that it was a 10/10 for years but I simply no longer enjoy this movie to a high level anymore. I think one of the better scenes though is when Pacino and DeNiro are talking to each other)

-Nightcrawler (2014) (Jan 5th 2019) - 6-6.5/10 (was a 7/10 on my initial viewing, dropped back to a 6/10 on my 2nd viewing and now on my 3rd viewing it went back to a 6-6.5/10. within my Top 236 movies.)

-Casino (1995) (Jan 6th 2019) - 7.5-8/10 (within my Top 102 movies. it's my 3rd favorite Scorsese behind... 1)The Color of Money (1986) (8/10) 2)The Aviator (2004) (7.5-8/10))

p.s. in general for me... 5/10 or less =  Thumbs Down. 6/10 or higher = Thumbs Up.

I have been keeping track since Dec 27th 2011 to date, so basically 2012 to date, and that's the lowest volume of movies seen on file as the next lowest year is 2017 @ 4.28 movies a week for the average with 223 total movies seen.

-Orphan (2009) - 5/10 (this used to be a 7.5-8/10 til a re-watch on Aug 6th 2016. Aug 6th 2013 was my previous re-watch at and that time the 7.5-8/10 remained. but my favorite Vera Farmiga movies are... 1)Source Code (2011) (9/10) 2)Up in the Air (2009) (8-8.5/10) 3)Running Scared (2006) (8/10) 4)At Middleton (2013) (7-7.5/10) 5)The Departed (2006) (7/10). to my knowledge I am not aware of another actress who's got a better overall Top 5 movies than Vera.)

-True Detective (2014, Season 1) - 6/10 (I think ill get around to re-watching it eventually but only Season 1 as I lost interest in the series after Season 1 as I only got a bit into Season 2 before losing interest)
