I know the goal is to win a SB. That is the ultimate definition of success in the NFL but let's not punch people in the stomach because we think they're "losers" if they don't win one. Many great coaches have tried and failed.
Many "good" coaches have tried and failed.
"Great" coaches win championships.
great/good whatever...
There have been some good if not great coaches out there that never won one.
