I love it, to this day. I was 11, when it went on the air, and, our family watched, every Saturday night. My father had an uncanny (not to mention irritating) knack of picking out the "whodunit." We finally impressed upon him that we wanted him to keep it to himself. 
I have all of the seasons on DVD, and it's still fun to watch them, from time to time. With a few exceptions, I forget who the "bad guy" was ... so it continues to be fun.
