Do the oscars even need a host? Hell don't even televise it. Just announce the winner and mail them their little trophy. At a minimum they don't need a host. They just do a little opening number and kick it over to presenters. Just start with the first presenters. No host would probably cut 30 min out of the bloated 3+hr run time. I would be happy if they just cancelled them out right, but not televising it would be ok too. We all know they want their circle jerk in plain sight though so I think these two are out of the question. |
