It’s on TV right now—watching it for the first time in a while. One of my favorite Mamet movies, along with The Edge—trickier than House of Games, though that may be better filmed—and one of Steve Martin’s very best performances. Pure Mamet-speak throughout, by every single character, too, so if that turns you off, don’t watch! 
The script is brilliant in the possible red-herrings that may or may not be leading to real solutions.
So many questions remain, every time I watch it; I never know if by the end we get the whole solution, or if (as Roger Ebert posited in his review) Mamet still has an ace up his sleeve.
