What makes you think that Jackson is the answer in Baltimore? The negative yards passing through three quarters of his first playoff game? The thirteen fumbles he had in eight games? Right now he should hope he can get to the level of RGIII. Kyler Murray completed 69% of his passes his first year of being a college quarterback. Lamar Jackson got up to 59.1% in his third year of being a college quarterback. I wouldn't draft Kyler Murray - - but he'll be a first round pick. And his college stats say he has more of a chance of pro success than Lamar Jackson will have. wait - wasn't he like the youngest rookie to start a playoff game (I may be wrong) - and I noticed you didn't mention that ' last' quarter ...... and the whole point of my post was the 'expert pundits' had stated he'd be broken in half at QB in the NFL and couldn't possibly survive. I didn't see that. I saw a kid that came in and showed some guts, versatility and poise and led the Ravens to the playoffs.................. hey - I get your a steelers fan but there's no reason to hate on the kid Bub. The last quarter when the Chargers were playing prevent on his first TD? Yeah, I forgot that. RGIII made it through one year. Never did I say that he couldn't get through one year playing that way. But he isn't accurate. He's frickin' Kordell Stewart. Stewart was MORE accurate in college than he was. The rules make it easier for QBs to complete passes today, so he'll have that advantage, but I'm more than fine with the Ravens having him.
