A strange comparison, as Quicksilver was more of a gray area where both studios could use the same character and Namor and Aquaman are two totally different characters from different companies. Both characters are Princes of Atlantis and can breathe underwater and have superstrength. From general viewer's perspective, Namor would appear to be just a copy of Aquaman. So MCU will probably kill off Namor since DC beat them to the punch, similar to how MCU killed off Quicksilver because Fox beat them to the punch. The similarities between the two characters pretty much begin and end with the three you cite, there is a lot the MCU can do to differentiate Namor from Aquaman, which Marvel comics themselves have been doing for nearly a century now. Namor can be portrayed as he is in the comic books - an anti-hero who has a very high opinion of himself because of his skills as a warrior and as royalty to Atlantis, who is quite impulsive, very in your face, lets his Atlanean pride motivate him to be a better fighter, leader, and strongest around...Not unlike Vegeta of Dragon Ball fame.
