I always thought it would have been pretty epic if she just obliged him and gave him a kiss on the cheek as they cut the interview. If memory serves - Broadway Joe went into rehab after this.......... Probably had some emotional scars after his 'kiss' was rejected............. I read somewhere that Broadway Joe was barely able to walk and the on field crew advised ESPN not to interview him. But they said to go ahead, probably hoping he would make an ass of himself. I seen it live and laughed my ass off. You could see the well lubricated gears grinding in Namath's head, "Hey, she's cute and I'm Joe Fucking Namath. I've banged chicks like her. Hell, I'll bang her!". She was a sport though. the biggest clue to me he was under the influence was that...... .....he was praising Chad Pennington  seems like a 'fun' guy though |
