MLB: Where Do Teams 'Get Off' Making Their Own Outfield Dimensions?

I don't follow hockey closely anymore - I just bitch about it from afar........

i.e. the 1 point for an overtime loss and the 20 teams in one division..........

I'm kind of out of the loop - but take liberties just pissing and moaning - kind of like throwing darts at a board because I don't like the sport anymore.

I get this is a reflection upon myself - but so be it.

So one hockey arena is 1 mile long and the next can be 1 1/2 miles long?   Kind of like soccer?  And they still have the nerve to call 'Icing' and 'Offsides'?
