That way they could establish a unique personality and abilities, like flying and then see about making a movie because at that point it'd be years after Aquaman came out. But there's surely going to be an Aquaman 2 now so MCU would have to delay a Namor movie for several years to avoid looking like they're ripping off Aquaman. |
