Yes. You are right Dazz.
It is Vibe who is believed to be dead and not Cisco and I got that mixed up but I still don’t think it will stay that way for very long. So much for their whole line about a major character being killed off this season in ‘The Flash’ and apart from Eddie and Barry’s Dead who wasn’t really in the show that much they haven’t killed many characters off in ‘The Flash’ and with H. R it didn’t feel that meaningful ‘cause they just brought back Harry the following season and now we have Sherlock Wells in the show. We have seen more characters in ‘The Flash’ like Julian, Hartley and Tracy disappear into oblivion and never be seen again and there were sites saying Tracy was going to return last season but they were obviously wrong ‘cause we have never seen her again. Speaking about disappearing characters in ‘Arrowverse’ shows what happened to Sam in ‘Supergirl?’ Her daughter and her are completely gone this season after they made it look like she was going to stay on as a regular and there was talk of having her and Alex together. They had Sam survive being Reign last season and separated them with Black Kryptonite when most of us thought she was going to be killed off and now she is nowhere to be seen. It is annoying when they do that with characters and I think shows like ‘The Flash’ should have characters like Julian, Hartley and Tracy return for one or two episodes and Ragman and Walter should appear in ‘Arrow’ again. Walter’s absence from that show doesn’t make sense since they said he was like a Father to them and Oliver and Thea were very close to him so why he hasn’t come back while Oliver is in prison and they haven’t mentioned him just looks kinda silly.
I am not sure how the face thing HR used is supposed to work either but I think the problem with the ‘Arrowverse’ shows is we put far more thought into them and question things than the writers when it should be them doing that more than us since they write the shows.

Personally I think killing off Reverse Flash in the final episode of the first season was a mistake and they should have just found a way to injure him and take him out of action for a while so they could bring him back later or made it look like he was dead but showed Eobard survived and was going away to recover and come up with a new plan to face Barry. I have said it a few times before but I really think it would have been better if they had made Eddie turn out to be the younger version of the Reverse Flash and they could have kept him on and showed how he became Reverse Flash but much like Tommy who many fans wanted to become the villain I think they were worried about copying 'Smallville' having the hero and villain as friends at the beginning but Barry and Eddie weren't exactly the best of friends. Have you heard the actor who plays Eobard in his original form is returning to the show this season? The actor confirmed it recently so it looks like Reverse Flash isn't going to keep pretending to be Harrison Wells and we will see him face off with Barry in his real form which I think is the first time since he was only in his real form in 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' and the flashback. It looks kinda odd that he is still taking the form of Harrison Wells too and why in the Nazi world he was too.
Does he think he is ugly in his real form and want to look like Harrison Wells more than himself?
It is disappointing how they just dispose of these side characters and they make them a key part of the seasons they are in and expect us to care about them and then they just rip them a way from us and act like they never existed. I think Ragman was taken away 'cause he was too powerful and a lot of people were saying when he was in it Ragman could beat Prometheus and all the other villains on his own and the writers probably realised that and decided to write him out of the show. Julian was most likely written out 'cause they had plans to bring in Ralph and thought they didn't have anything else to do with him and he was one side character too many.
