This is actually a pretty tough question. All four of these cities really do have a lot to offer, even Kansas City has great food and really nice people. I mean, there are no shitholes like Philly and Detroit clogging up the list.
There is one big thing, though, which gives one city a major edge.....
If you've ever been to LA on a hot summer day, and you're a man with a functioning penis, the eye candy that will surround you completely puts LA over the top on this question. Not saying they are all sweethearts, but try walking down Sunset Strip on a Saturday afternoon without getting a hard-on, I dare ya!
