15 would be the earliest. I mean really... wtf do you know about dating before that? You were probably still playing with Pokémon before that. Kids are too in a rush to grow up.
I knew of a girl who had boyfriends when she was 13. What?! WTF does she know about romance at 13?! Generalizing, she doesn't! It is about the attention only that she gets from boys. While girls can be more mature than boys at that age, that doesn't account for much life experience in partnership relationships, unless they are trampy flirts. Such 13yr old girls though, their looks and intelligence may belie their true age and many may tell lies about how old they really are. The girl you are referring to, were her boyfriends in the same grade? They were.
